Manager, Market Research Analytics

Prominent, worldwide online payment company has a need for a Research Analytics professional to be accountable for guiding leadership with actionable consumer insights.

This role will be responsible for leading the global cross-enterprise products including building essential tools to enrich customer understanding. The team’s mandate includes designing new performance management solutions as well as optimizing the global portfolio of existing solutions.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Building analytical foundations for scalable solutions that are essential to decision-making.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business lines, products and geographies using survey and analytical tools including segmentation, customer surveys and other feedback tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key performance metrics and build dashboards and analyses to track the progress of the company’s businesses and high-priority initiatives.
• Perform deep-dives to identify challenges, opportunities and specific actions required.

Requirements include:

• 6 + years of relevant Market Analytic experience.
• Knowledge of SQL along with working knowledge of Tableau, Teradata, Hadoop and SAS.
• Experience in high-performing consulting, strategy, market research or analytical teams.
• Preferred analytical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: database driven customer segmentation, building, managing and updating large complex database systems, merging analytics data with other data sources.
• Experience in Top-tier Consulting Firm, Financial Services or Payments is a plus.
• MBA/MS is a plus.
