Consulting – Tax Assistant

Our client is one of the older, largest and most well-respected Registered Investment Advisors headquartered in Los Angeles. They manage approximately $28 billion in assets in midstream and upstream energy companies, real estate, growth private equity and credit. The firm is experiencing consistent and significant growth.

The company is bringing in extra help for tax season. The position will involve mostly administrative duties and involve extensive work using Excel. Initially this person will work 4 days a week, picking up additional hours during tax season.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or have similar work experience

Requirements include:

• Work a minimum of 30 hours a week on site in Century City
• Have the ability to prioritize, communicate, and multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
• Pay attention to details in all aspects of work, recognize inefficiencies, and be proactive

It is anticipated that this assignment will last through April 2018 at the least.
